The archive contains alignments and HMM models for a global acetyl-Co driven acetylase superfamily which includes T7 IVPA, P22 head assembly gene 14, phiGT1 gp16, numerous other phage genes from podoviral internal virion protein modules, and numerous homologous cellular acetyltransferase families.  It also includes the nexus file used to make the timetree in the supported manuscript.
